Check-in at our property is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Late check-in can be requested with prior notice. Check-out is expected by 10:00 AM.
Free cancellation is available up to 14 days before arrival from 01/05/2026 to 30/09/2026.
Free cancellation is available up to 7 days before arrival from 01/02/2026 to 30/04/2026, from 01/10/2026 to 25/01/2027 and from 25/01/2027 to 30/04/2027.
Breakfast is served from 8:00 am to 10:00 am, featuring a carefully curated selection of fresh and delicious options to help you start your day with energy and pleasure.
After a day full of emotions exploring the natural beauty of Valle di Ledro, treat yourself to a regenerating break in our wellness center, open from 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM and featuring a whirlpool, Swiss stone pine wood saunas, Turkish bath, shower and herbal tea corner.
You can also enjoy a heated outdoor pool, open from November to March from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM, in April, May, September and October from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM and from June to August from 7:30 AM to 10:00 PM – a true remedy for restoring your natural balance.
To make your stay even more enjoyable, we offer a free e-bike rental service.
For each stay, 2 e-bikes are available and the keys are handed over at check-in.
Upon request at check-in, guests with electric vehicles will be provided with a card.
This is an extra service, available at a cost of €0.80 per kWh.
The washing machine and dryer service is available to all guests and is not exclusive.
The cost of the service is included in the stay, while detergent is the guest’s responsibility.
The service can be used daily from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm.
Smoking and candle lighting are prohibited inside the property.
Due to the delicacy of the wood, materials present in the apartments, and the type of furnishings, pets are not allowed.
